Returns Policy.

Due to the nature of personalised goods it is not possible to return products for refund other than for reasons of incorrect order specification on our part or not printed to an acceptable standard. In these cases, we my (at our discretion) reprint free of charge. Any errors must be reported to our support team at support@getkazood.com immediately. Please make sure to include your Invoice/Job id number in the subject line. In order to qualify for a full refund, you will have to email us within 3 days of order receipt. To aid in this process, please include any photographic evidence of the issue.

We will notify you via email within a reasonable amount of time and will usually process any refund due to you within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you were entitled to a full refund. We will refund the price of a defective product in full and any reasonable costs you incur on returning the item to us.

If the packaging of your order looks to be damaged or tampered with, please refuse to take delivery of the item and contact us on 01543 466 311 immediately, quoting your invoice number. Once we have confirmed with our courier that the parcel was damaged during transit we will proceed to process and re-print your order at the earliest opportunity.
